Aesthetic Clinic in Kuala Lumpur: Your Questions Answered

The Lush Clinic is a medical aesthetic clinic in Kuala Lumpur with two branches: Arcoris in Mont Kiara, and Isetan The Japan Store at Lot 10 in Bukit Bintang. Every treatment plan starts with a consultation with one of our 4 aesthetic physicians. Below are clear answers to the questions people ask most before they book.

Costs and packages

How much do treatments cost at The Lush Clinic?

The cost at The Lush Clinic depends on the treatment plan our doctor recommends for your skin, so we do not publish one price list. At your consultation, the doctor explains which treatments suit your concern, how many sessions you are likely to need, and the full cost, before you decide anything. To ask about a treatment first, contact either clinic directly or use the contact form on our website.

Is the price fixed, and are there any hidden charges?

Yes. At The Lush Clinic, our doctor explains your treatment plan and its full cost before any treatment starts, and there are no hidden charges. You know exactly what you are paying for before you agree to anything. The doctor's consultation has its own fee, which you can ask about when you contact either clinic.

Do you sell treatment packages?

Yes. The Lush Clinic offers different treatment packages to suit different skin concerns and conditions, and our team recommends one after your consultation. We explain what each package includes before you commit, and you decide whether a package suits you. Single sessions are also available, and there is no pressure to buy a package on your first visit.

Japanese support

Do you have Japanese-speaking staff or a Japanese translator?

Yes. The Lush Clinic's Mont Kiara team speaks Japanese, and a Japanese translator is available on request at both our Mont Kiara and Bukit Bintang clinics, at no extra charge. Ask for one when you book your appointment, and we will arrange it for your visit. Our Mont Kiara team also speaks English, Chinese and Malay, and our Bukit Bintang team speaks English and Chinese.

モントキアラ院には日本語を話せるスタッフが在籍しております。また、モントキアラ院・ブキッビンタン院ともに、日本語通訳を追加料金なしでご用意しております。ご予約の際にお申し付けください。

Is The Lush Clinic a good choice for Japanese expats in Kuala Lumpur?

Yes. The Lush Clinic is a familiar choice for Japanese patients in Kuala Lumpur: many of our Google reviews are written in Japanese, our Mont Kiara team speaks Japanese, and a Japanese translator is available on request at no extra charge. Our Bukit Bintang clinic is inside Isetan The Japan Store at Lot 10, and our Mont Kiara clinic is in Arcoris, close to where many Japanese families live.

Your first visit

What happens on my first visit?

Your first visit to The Lush Clinic starts with a consultation with one of our doctors, who checks your skin, asks about your concerns and goals, and recommends a treatment plan. The consultation has a fee, and how long it takes depends on your concern. The doctor explains the sessions and the full cost before you decide, and if you go ahead, treatment can start on the same day. Some treatments start with numbing cream to keep you comfortable.

Do you have a trial or first-time offer for new patients?

Yes. The Lush Clinic in Kuala Lumpur has an offer for first-time patients. The details change from month to month, so they are not listed on this page. To ask what this month's offer includes, contact either clinic directly or use the contact form on our website.

What results can I expect, and how soon?

Most patients at The Lush Clinic see gradual improvement over a course of sessions, rather than after a single treatment. How many sessions you need depends on your skin, your concern and the treatment, and your doctor tells you what is realistic at your consultation.

Where can I have Pico Laser at The Lush Clinic?

Pico Laser at The Lush Clinic is available at the Bukit Bintang clinic, inside Isetan The Japan Store at Lot 10. Before your first session, the doctor checks your skin to make sure the treatment suits your skin type and concern. More about Pico Laser
